Best WordPress Theme and Best Wordpress Plugins

Once you quickly get your WordPress blog up and running (see BlueHost hosting review here), you'll want to add on some plug-ins and maybe a theme to increase the base WordPress functionality.  Here's our favorites:

Best WordPress Theme is Thesis

If you don’t code in PHP or HTML, I would suggest you buy a WordPress theme.  They’re not that expensive.  Basically a theme builds on top of WordPress and makes it even better and easier to use.  I’ve used the Thesis Theme many times and love it.  In fact, I'm considering changing this old blog to WordPress and thesis.  Thesis allowed me to build this site (and this one) without any specialized coding.  It was all point and click or cut and paste.

Thesis also is structured for search engine optimization (SEO).  This gives your site the best chance of showing up when someone searches in Google.
